Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards has checked into rehab for a second time, according to reports.
Details of the treatment the reality star, 47, is seeking are sparse and Entertainment Tonight reports that Kim has entered and ‘undisclosed treatment facility’.
In October, new costar Brandi Glanville accused Kim of being "wasted out of her f---ing mind" during a game-night episode. Kim strongly denied it during a shouting match that became one of the show's biggest fights so far this season.

Kim has also shown signs of substance abuse throughout the second season of the series, often behaving erratically and disappearing into the bathroom at social functions. Fellow cast mate Brandi Glanville even accused Kim of being "wasted out of her mind" and "on crystal meth" at the infamous Game Night gathering.
