Divorce Debra Messing and Husband Daniel Zelman Split after 11 years, Debra Messing and Daniel Zelman have mutually decided to split after 11 years of marriage.

Despite the split, the ‘Will and Grace’ actress, 43, and her husband, writer-producer, 44, continue living together under one roof in New York City.

The couple, who met years ago as students at New York University, has a 7-year-old son, Roman.

"The decision was mutual, and they remain supportive of one another and committed to raising their son as a family."

In 1999 Debra Messing announced her engagement with producer Daniel Zelman whether in 2000. They firstly met each other almost 10 years ago of their wedding. Firstly both studies together in New York University while doing post graduate.

Despite their break-up, Debra and Daniel - who met on their first day at New York University in 1990 - still live together.

Debra has previously claimed the reason they stayed together was because they met when they were young and grew as a couple.

They privately separated earlier this year," Messing's rep tells the Daily News. "The decision was mutual, and they remain supportive of one another and committed to raising their son as a family.”
