UTPB Offering Student, Start Shuttle to, Wagner Noel and CEED 1-19-12, UTPB has begun a shuttle route between its campus and the Center for Energy and Economic Diversification as well as the new Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center.
The university has started holding a multitude of courses at both locations and transportation for students became an issue.
The shuttle, operated by My Shuttle Home of Midland, seats fourteen and will pick students up at the campus Visual Arts parking lot and drop them off in front of both buildings in about ten minutes.

A shuttle running between the main campus in Odessa to the Wagner Noel and the CEED buildings located about 10 minutes east of the Odessa campus started Tuesday after students voiced concern over the lack of transportation, said Susan Lara, vice president for student services.
"We have had some students who have not had transportation to get there and it was becoming a bigger need as we started offering more classes out there," Lara said. "Not everyone has transportation and it's also hard to pay for the gas."
