Indian Coast Guard issued notification for recruitment of Navik (General Duty). Eligible candidates who wish to join Indian Coast Guard as Navik (General Duty) are required to apply online through official website of Indian Coast Guard on or before 07th July, 2013. Pay Scale: Rs 5200 - 20200/-

Educational Qualification:

:10+2 with 60% marks aggregate in total and minimum 60% in each subject of Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by Central/State Government. (5% relaxation in the above % for sports person of National level and wards of Coast Guard uniform personnel deceased while in service.).

Age Limit:

Born between 01 February 92 to 31 Jan 96. (Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates).

Medical Standereds:

Hieght : Minimum height 157 cms

Chest: Should be well proportioned. Minimum expansion 5 cms

Weight: Proportionate to height and age + 10% acceptable

Hearing: normal

Visual Standards: 6/6 (Better Eye) and 6/9(Worse Eye)
