Story written by Reema and Zoya Akhtar, ‘Talaash’ grips you from the very first shot and keeps you hooked through the two and half hours of its run time. A tale of loss, betrayal and revenge, the film explores the many versions of truth and questions the obvious, leaving the viewer thinking of things unexplained.

Story:

Surjan Singh Shekhawat who has been entrusted the task of solving a high-profile murder case of a film star is up against a dead-end. Will he, won't he be able to take the case to a natural conclusion?

While initial reports suggests it to be an accident, Inspector Surjan Singh Shekhwat (Aamir Khan), who is investigating the case, finds a murky case of blackmailing which may have a connection with the accident.

It is this very psychological post-mortem of why over who that dictates the immensely fascinating and absorbing developments of Reema Kagti's "Talaash".

But as Kagti is a bit hasty in giving out clues, I can't say I was blindsided by the turn of events. When one has watched enough films dealing with such elements, the did-not-see-it-coming astonishment is substituted with an appreciation (or otherwise) for approach. And that's why I doubly applaud her ability to keep me untiringly hooked for nearly 150 minutes.

It is first of the frightening but effectively picturised mishaps to follow reinforcing my belief over the course of Talaash that Kagti's got what it takes to make a robust action film. She films her most vigorous scenes with a kinetic energy that's enormously realistic and heady.

The greatest accomplishment of this suspense drama is the cast -- both immediate and extended. I cannot think of a greater compliment except no actor could have (or should have) done the roles except the ones who did. Aamir Khan, Rani Mukerji, Kareena Kapoor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Subrat Dutta, Raj Kumar Yadav or Aditi Vasudev (Do Dooni Chaar's Payal) are all perfectly cast.

Talaash makes Mumbai look like a moll -- dirty, used, but also thrilling and enticing.

The plot revolves around a bizarre high profile death of a movie star Armaan Kapoor (Vivaan Bhatena). Aamir Khan (Surjan Singh Shekhawat) is the cop in charge of the case. The clues lead him to Mumbai's red-light area where he jostles between pimps and prostitutes looking for answers.

It's also revealed that Surjan is married to Roshni (Rani Mukerji). But he is like a man possessed on the job because of a sensitive incident in his life.

In a bid to bury his head in the sand and escape his personal demons, he directs all his energies into his khaki uniform.

Coming to the Armaan Kapoor case, vital clues keep taking him to a working girl called Rosie (Kareena Kapoor). Between piecing the mystery together, the cop and the call-girl, develop a relationship that goes slightly beyond the regular.

The reality show “Bigg Boss 6” House has its sixth season on air. Every season has grabbed attention from the viewers for the antics of each contestant and the fights that have happened in the house.

Imam is a stylist and image consultant who entered the house last week. He was made to enter another house, which had the set-up of a village, where there were two other inmates Aashka Goradia and Bhojpuri star Nirahua.

The three contestants were wild card entrants who were kept separately in this mud hut. They had been made part of the “naye padosi” gang.

Actor and fashion stylist Imam Siddique, participating in the sixth edition of Bigg Boss reality show, watch big boss online, was thrown out of the Bigg Boss house after he had a midnight fight with another participant Aashka.

47-year-old Imam Siddique has been a fashion model and actor in his younger days. He is also a well-known anchor  and was behind the makeover of Mona Singh's character in Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi. He was also the host of Style Addict on UTV stars.

Aashka said nasty things about Imam to Nirahua, saying he would spread dirt around and that he was in the house to play a game. While having dinner, he kept taunting Aashka and telling her that she should not talk while eating.

Story:

Ajay Devgn works for his friend (Salman Khan) and uncle in London. One day, he receives a notification from his hometown (Punjab) that said that he will be inheriting a piece of land. Ajay goes to Punjab where he meets Sonakshi Sinha. Both are unaware that the families have a long-standing feud and gradually fall in love.

Sonakshi's uncle played by Sanjay Dutt hates Ajay because his brother was killed by Ajay's father years ago. Though he along with his nephews (Mukul Dev, Vindu Dara Singh) wants to kill Ajay, they are unable to do so. Ajay has entered the bungalow as a guest and according to their tradition; guest are like Gods and have to be treated well.

Ashwini Dhir, who has films like One, Two, Three and Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge to his credit, deploys all possible tools that have made for masala entertainers in the past. However, shoving almost every formula makes this film a raucous and rancid ride. In a bid to show male machismo, he actually instills unrealistic fight sequences with people flying around, and I literally mean FLY, and getting beaten to pulp by the brawny Ajay Devgn. Over the top action takes a whole new level in this film.

Review and story

Jab Tak Hai Haan starring superstar Shahrukh Khan, beautiful Katrina Kaif and bubbly Anushka Sharma is basically a romantic love saga in two periods. The first part shows the story of a musician Samar Anand (Shah Rukh Khan) in his early twenties who lives in London and falls in love with his friend Khushi (Katrina). Samar proposes Khushi which he refuses saying him we are just friends.

Now a heartbroken and dejected Samar lives for India and becomes an army officer to serve his country. Later, he meets a 21-year-old aspiring documentary filmmaker Akira (Anushka) and again falls in love with her.

What happens then, whether Samar gets his love in Akhira?

What happens to Khushi, did she return back to Samar?

How will the love story of Samar end?

All these questions in the minds of viewers will come to an end this Diwali with the release of the movie Jab Tak Hai Jaan.

Performances

Shahrukh's entry as an army officer Samar is impressive. He looks handsome in this getup. The king is back with a bang, courtesy his lover boy image and he rocks. All the three: Shahrukh, Anushka and Katrina have done justice to their respective roles.

The most touching scene is when Kat meets her mom Neetu Kapoor. This scene will definitely bring tears in your eyes.

It's finally the season of Diwali and some eternal 'luv shuv'. And, with this, our desperate wait to grab the taste of the season's most dhamakedaar release Jab Tak Hai Jaan ends today.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan will be the late legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra's last directorial offering, that features Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. I am right now in the theatre and the movie has just begun. The theatre is jam packed and there is lot of buzz around.

The film has been making headlines ever since it was conceptualised. And if the the promos of the movie is any indication, JTHJ is a sure blockbuster!

Associate Professor – 05 Posts.

Assistant Professor – 42 Posts.

Librarian – 01 Post.

Minimum Age Limit/Experience and Qualification:

For the post of Assistant professor

Candidates having a master degree/post graduation with the minimum of fifty five (55%) percentage marks and qualifying in NET/SET/SLET will be eligible.

For the post of Associate Professor

Candidates should have Ph.d and master’s degree/post graduation with 55% numbers and minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in the field of teaching.

For the post of Librarian

The certificate of master’s degree in the discipline of Information Science/Library Science/Documentation with at least fifty five percentage marks and minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as the post of Deputy Librarian is the eligibility of this post.
